Our group fitness training sessions are geared to increase cardiovascular fitness, gain functional strength and burn calories. We achieve this by mixing interval training with a variety of body weight strength and cardio activities. At MILITARYFITNESS.COM.AU we limit our group numbers so you receive more personalised attention.

There is no shouting or berating… simply motivation and encouragement from military experienced, friendly trainers who can/ have done everything that they will ask you to do! Every group training session you attend will be different so you will never get bored, lose motivation or see your results plateau from the same old routine!
